Terms and Conditions
- Minimum booking 3 nights. During July and Christmas/New Year, minimum booking 1 week unless by special arrangement.
- The house will normally be available from 4pm on the date of arrival and must be vacated by 10.30 on the day of departure unless by prior arrangement.
- Children welcome. No pets. No smoking inside the house
Payment
- A deposit of 2 nights accommodation fee will be requested on booking.
- The balance plus a refundable deposit of $200 must be received a minimum of 7 days before arrival.
- The refundable deposit will be returned within 7 days provided the house is left in good condition and rubbish is removed at the end of the lease.
- Payment can be made directly into a New Zealand or UK bank account or by PayPal.
How Pay Pal works
You do not have to have a PayPal account yourself.
Just ask to pay by PayPal when you make your booking. We will ask PayPal to send an invoice to your email address which you pay by credit card in the usual way.
PayPal is an quick, simple and secure method of payment using any major credit card and in any currency, particularly useful for overseas guests paying in a different currency.
Cancellation Policy
A refund of the deposit will be made up to 7 days before the start of the lease provided the house can be relet. Deposits will not be refunded for cancellations made after that time or for non arrival.
